Question 1

What should I wear for a camel ride in Agadir?

Accepted Answer

We recommend wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and closed-toe shoes. Long pants are advisable to prevent chafing. Don't forget sunglasses, a hat, and sunscreen for sun protection. In the evening, bring a light jacket as desert temperatures can drop.

Question 2

Are camel rides suitable for children?

Accepted Answer

Yes, our camel rides are suitable for children aged 4 and above. Children under 12 must ride with an adult. We have gentle, well-trained camels and experienced guides who ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for families.

Question 3

How do I book a camel ride tour?

Accepted Answer

You can book directly through our website, or contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance, especially during peak season (October to April). Hotel pickup is included with all tours.

Question 4

What is included in the tour price?

Accepted Answer

All our tours include hotel pickup and drop-off, professional English-speaking guides, camel ride, traditional Moroccan tea or refreshments, and travel insurance. Some tours also include meals and photography services as specified in the tour description.

Question 5

Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled tour. Rescheduling is available subject to availability. Please contact us via WhatsApp or email to make changes to your booking.

Question 6

What is the best time for a camel ride in Agadir?

Accepted Answer

The best times are early morning (sunrise tours) or late afternoon (sunset tours) when temperatures are comfortable and the lighting is perfect for photos. The sunset tour is our most popular option. The best season is October to April when weather is mild.

Question 7

Is prior experience needed for camel riding?

Accepted Answer

No prior experience is needed. Our camels are well-trained and gentle, and our guides will provide a safety briefing before the ride. They will assist you in mounting, dismounting, and throughout the journey.

Question 8

Are the camels well cared for?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Animal welfare is our top priority. Our camels are treated as family members, receiving regular veterinary care, proper nutrition, and adequate rest. We follow strict ethical guidelines and limit the number of rides per camel each day.
